The oil from Farmhouse, produced using our own olives and bottled on the farm, is made according to the tradition of combining different varieties of olives in order to obtain a product that is not only typical but also balanced at the same time.
The oil comes only from the olives from Montalbino, hand picked and pressed within 48 hours so that all the finest properties of the fruit, while being kept unchanged, can be included in the oil.
