Crops and herds of our tradition

... the sensation of being emerged in a genuine context ...

The farm is one of the strong points of what this small village offers. The apartments are surrounded by 90 hectares of land where they grow olives, the “Cinta” pork is reared and there are reserves of truffle.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The oil from Farmhouse, produced using our own olives and bottled on the farm, is made according to the tradition of combining different varieties of olives in order to obtain a product that is not only typical but also balanced at the same time.

The oil comes only from the olives from Montalbino, hand picked and pressed within 48 hours so that all the finest properties of the fruit, while being kept unchanged, can be included in the oil.

The white truffle

When unexpectedly a tree and a mushroom become long-lasting friends benefiting from each other, there may be many surprises. One of these is a creation of the exquisite white truffle, a gastronomic delicacy known by the gourmets all over the world.

Picking this underground mushroom can not take place without making another friendship: the one between a truffle hunter and his dog.
